Our Testing Process
Scenario
This scenario will be read to our interviewees so that they get a sense of what to expect and how our product is used.
Joy is a 23-year-old data analyst who just graduated from Seattle University. Since she just graduated, she doesn’t have enough money to buy a car and she doesn’t want to spend too much money riding an uber. She takes a bus to commute to work and plans her day around public transportation. Her day is planned around public transportation, so she not only uses the Eazy Transit app to search for destinations, but she also uses the application to save routes so that she can reuse in the future. In addition, it allows her to add payment methods to her account so that she can pay for the trip without switching to another application. She is satisfied because she can easily reach her destination without switching multiple applications.
